Sheffield’s Pick Up and Send Off

Come pick up your materials/workbooks/pencils, hand off your library books, and wave to the Sheffield staff as we wish you a happy and safe summer!

When:   Friday, June 12, 2020 from 10:30-12:30

Times:   2nd grade: 10:30-11:15

​              3rd grade: 11:15-11:50

              4th grade: 11:50-12:10

              5th grade: 12:10-12:30

How this will work:  

• Enter parking lot on Montague Street, exit onto Crocker Ave.

• All families must remain in their car and will drive to designated alphabet letter to collect their bag (s). Please wear a mask.

• Our parking lot will be divided into three sections, one for each teacher per time above.  It will be further divided by alphabet: A-G, H-O, P-Z by LAST name.

• If you have more than one child at Sheffield, please attend the time of your youngestchild.  Sibling bags will be handed out at the same time.

• Please have a window open, or trunk, to receive your child’s bag.

• All fifth graders will receive a cupcake- in place of cake we would have had if we had been in school.

• All staff will be wearing masks and will be wearing gloves.

• Enjoy the posters and signage that will adorn the edges of the parking lot.

• Any family that does not have access to a car will need to walk to the entrance of Sheffield and a staff member will retrieve your bag.

• If you are unable to attend, please call Melissa Pitrat at 863-7420 for either an alternate day to pick up, or for a delivery to your home.
