2024- TFHS- Intelligent Lighting Systems- Reconfiguration and Networking

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

The intelligent lighting control (Quanta Elite) is in need of a complete renovation. The system is often turning off hallway nodes during the school day, as well as the gymnasium during practices and games. The system and antiquated and has several layers of upgrade available to the school district.

The district was able to fund an upgrade that was the “upper level” of what was available, and rather than replace one or two nodes that were problematic, we were able to replace all of the nodes at the same time- while installing a network communication capability that will allow for digital/automated operation of the entire lighting system. Changes to the schedule and custom lighting modes will be able to be programmed and run due to this upgrade- which will allow for cost savings for not having the lighting system run when school is not in session.
