Welcome to our district! We’re happy to have you here and look forward to meeting you. Whether you’re new to the area or have a child ready for preschool or kindergarten, you’ll need to complete the registration process. 

Registration Process

Please fill out the Student Registration Form and send it, along with copies of the required documents, to:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: All parents/guardians registering a new student must include the following documents as part of their registration process. Applications cannot be processed without these documents.

  • Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • Proof of Residency (See page 1 of the Student Registration Form.)
  • Immunization Records
  • Physical Examination (within one year prior to entrance to school or within 30 days after school entry)
  • Lead Test (date and result) (for kindergarten and Pre-K registration)
  • Student Records Release Form (See page 7 of the Student Registration Form.)

We require all students enrolled in Gill-Montague schools to be immunized in accordance with Massachusetts state law. We will verify your child’s immunizations at the time of registration.
