2024- TFHS- RTU #1 Replacement

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

Replace Roof Top Unit (RTU) #1 that serves the first floor main office suite, conference room and guidance office. The unit is damaged beyond repair and needs to be replaced due to its age. Will require contractor to install, crane to remove old unit and bring in new one. SNE building systems required to connect the new system to our building management controls.

PROJECT COST:        $21,755 (Improving Ventilation and Air Quality in Public Schools Buildings Grants)

ANNUAL SAVINGS:    Approximately %20 energy usage savings on the unit that is being replaced
