2024- TFHS- Pool Roof Repairs

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

Repair numerous areas of the TFHS pool roof that have begun to degrade. There have been numerous leaks discovered in recent years that have started to effect the interior of the building (collapsed ceiling tiles, security camera destruction, etc.). Contractors will be brought in to commence emergency repairs.

Eventual capital project of an entire roof evaluation and repair will be in progress with an anticipated project initiation for a full repair for FY26.
