We’re sending out a big THANK YOU to the Turners Falls Fire Department for the wonderful Fire Prevention Week presentations today. Our students really enjoyed getting to know our local firefighters and learning about fire safety. Be sure to talk to your child about setting up your family’s Meeting Spot and checking the batteries in your smoke detectors.

On Tuesday morning, all kindergarten and first grade students learned about Bus Safety with staff from F.M. Kuzmeskus. If your child rides the bus regularly, please review the bus safety rules with them. Those can be found in the Family Handbook.
Our first graders participated in a Pedestrian & Bicycle Safety training led by Tori Halloran of Safe Routes to School on Tuesday afternoon. Be sure to ask your first grader what they learned.
